Hi! I am Huizi Hu/ 胡惠子！ I am an illustrator from China.

I was born in a coastal city in China. When I was a child, I always drew my dreaming things on paper. Later, I studied illustration at China Academy of Art university and then moved to Cambridge. I have recently graduated from Children'sBook Illustration course in Cambridge School of Art.

I have previously worked in children's art education, and the courses I designed were highly popular among students. I enjoy drawing like a child, thinking as child, which inspired me to start creating picture books for children.  

I am inspired by various sources, including everyday occurrences, current affairs, and memories. I enjoy experimenting with different materials. Finding the right medium for each story is important to me because each story has a unique atmosphere and meaning. For me, stories are the preludes of life, and uncovering them is as interesting as solving a puzzle.
